In 2001, the Dioceses of Youngstown, Cleveland and Columbus forged the Tri-Diocesan Mobile Migrant Ministry Collaborative to address the social, pastoral and legal needs of the Hispanic/Latino newcomers immigrating to six adjacent counties in Northeast Ohio. Through this partnership a full range of services are offered at minimal/no cost to HIspanic/Latino immigrants, community leaders, businesses and local parishes.

The Tri-Diocesan Mobile Migrant Ministry has also partenered with the Immigrant Worker Project and Iglesia Luterana La Trinidad in the development of Centro San Jose, a resource and welcome center for newcomers in the Stark County region. Through Centro San Jose individuals can participate in:
